"Booked for a last minute weekend that also had to be pet friendly and luckily we found The Waterfront. The room itself was clean & spacious with a great view (ensuite was small but they warn you about that) and breakfast was one the nicest I've had in a hotel. As for the staff, they were so friendly and helpful especially when we checked in late."

"A fabulous place to stay. Creetown is beautiful and the accommodation is friendly, safe, and spotlessly clean, as well as being very comfortable. It is also fantastic value. With a very comfy bed, great shower, free tea and coffee and a TV in the bedroom, this was a superb place in which to stay and unwind after a long day's travel. The manager is a lovely gentleman and was very helpful. I will look forward to staying here again soon "

"We loved our stay in Shore cottage. Outstanding location right on the beach, yet right next to the A75 for easy access to local amenities and attractions. We didn't notice any traffic noise from in the cottage, and the sound of the waves and the curlews out the back was amazing. Cottage was clean and had everything you needed. "Great spot for exploring Galloway. Hot tub overlooking the forest, and walks starting straight from the cabin. Wildlife all around. Note that it is attached to another cabin & a farm, so it's not isolated - but we did feel like we had privacy. Otherwise a washing machine could be a good addition. "This is a fantastic property. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although close to the main road (and easy access to local amenities, walks and beautiful beaches), it is quiet and peaceful.
