"Situation in Ortigia in an area of narrow, interesting lanes full of restaurants and local businesses is fascinating. Very much an atmosphere of Sicilian Ortigia. Room was very clean and modern with aircon and good bathroom. Roof garden where breakfast is served is attractive but the breakfast itself is average. There is a car park quite close at the marina but it is very expensive. Satnav finding the loction was quite useless. Important to contact the owner before arrival."

"Well kept room just outside of the main region of town - easy walking distance, and close to street parking (EasyPark Payment App), or to a parking station just around the corner (more expensive). Instructions to access the property were provided via whatsapp and were easy to follow. Airconditioning available as room was quite warm after a warm-ish day. Overall nicely presented room and bathroom."

"Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. Les dio exactamente igual que nos quedaramos tirados!!!! Experiencia...

"This was a beautiful property with extremely kind and friendly people working there! Great service and you are treated like family. The pool was a nice perk and the grounds were excellent with many places to sit and relax. Would not hesitate to return!"

"We highly recommend choosing to stay here during your trip to Noto! We stopped in Noto for a night on our way to Taormina for our honeymoon and this adorable B&B did not disappoint. Myhriam was at the property to check us in upon arrival and was very kind, patient, and informative. Our room was well decorated, clean, and air conditioned. "Staff was very friendly and helpful for check-in during after hours. Place was really clean and nice, really worth the price. Coffee (good quality!) and water bottles are always available in the kitchenette. Breakfast included is from a restaurant downstairs and they have really good coffee and pastries. Highly recommended!"

"We booked one of a room they have , but the air conditioner didn't work. Hopefully, another room was free, they moved us in, but the same problem. Also, the second room looked a bit outdated. Finely, they gave us the penthouse room on the top, it was really nice, and I would say, the only room worth staying there."

"Lia's vacation rental was great. Lia was very accessable and was there to greet us. The apartment was very clean, spacious,and nicely appointed. It is situated in the heart of Ortigia in a very walkable neighborhood. A block from Archimedes Square with many restaurants and shops. A real slice of Sicily."
