"Excellent spot if you get a 2 bdrm apartment with terrace or a small balcony room with a view. Staff and food was excellent. Communication was poor - check in was a circus. Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service. "We stayed 5 nights whilst visiting Genova and the surrounding area. We made use of the secure car parking offered. The reception staff were all wonderful, very polite and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop into town and also the sea front. We were able to cook dinner and heat water for hot drinks. You do need to provide your own washing up liquid and sponge. "Lovely overnight stay in an area just outside city centre by a few kilometres. Still easy to get to and had a local feel with many workers and families coming together under the arcades. Nice to have breakfast included in price. Would recommend the bed to any traveller!"

"It is a 10 minute walk from the metro and big fountain. As you walk to and from, you are literally walking through its fine shopping strip. Very safe and bustling area. Moreover, the concierge was quite friendly and had great city recommendation and directions. The room was spaceous and very clean, had mostly everything you needed with a great bed and shower. I haven't had a good hotel stay in a while till this one."

"Great location, 400m from the train station. Beautiful room, newly renovated. Marble bathroom with waterfall shower. Very spacious. Lobby is in the adjacent building. Great European style continental breakfast in gorgeous breakfast room with frescoed ceilings.The hotel upgraded our room at no extra fee. Very friendly receptionists and staff. There was a clothes line right outside our window. Lots of food options in this area and tourist attractions. Only negative would be no A/C since they haven't yet transitioned from heat to cooling, no English or French channels on TV and the WiFi was a bit spotty. Bad reception if lying on the bed, good near the door, excellent outside the room in lounging chair next to room 407."

"Highly recommendable, we actually learned this was the first hotel in Genoa ! Staff was amazing and so helpful, super well maintained hotel, our room was perfect. Close to city center just a short walk away and 3 minutes walk to Brignole train station. Good breakfast. Area can be noisy with cars and scooters."

"I loved this hotel. Perfectly situated above the plaza and train station and at the end of the street, full of restaurants and things to see and do and a great view and wonderful staff and convenient and clean and an excellent value for the money. I loved this hotel. I stay at three star hotels to five star hotels and this was the perfect hotel for the visit to Genoa Italy. "

Excellent hotel

"I visited this hotel in April with my mother. We chose the superior room with a balcony and it was wonderful. Our room had a queen bed and a separate area with a twin bed and a second balcony. It was very spacious and comfortable with beautiful bedding, pillows and towels. The room had everything we could want: an espresso machine, kettle, fridge and all toiletries. We chose to add breakfast to our reservation and it was excellent with many choices and excellent coffee. The port area is lively and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants and shops and public transportation. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed 2 nights before our cruise and one night after. The personnel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is next to the train station. 15 minute walk to the port and 20 minutes car ride to the airport. Walking distance to everthing. I would diffinently go back to this hotel if I were to go bake to Genoa."
