"The home was neat and clean. The snacks were a warm welcome. Pet friendly. One rule is that the pet has to be in a cage if left alone in the home. It would have been nice to know this before hand though it did not pose a problem for us. The view is great. We noticed there were blinds on all windows except the back doors. I guess that is a personal preference thing. The property affords privacy with its location. We would definitely stay again. I would recommend a stay if I"

"It was clean and neat. The main living area had a nice big roundabout sofa facing a big screen, perfect for just hanging out or watching a movie together. Kitchen was spacious and had all the accommodations we needed to cook and clean up after meals. Bedrooms were a bit small but the beds were clean and comfortable. "On a mother daughter road trip, went to see the Ark. This home was nice to come back to and relax, we stayed 3 nights. Only thing was driving on country roads! Lol I'm a city girl and the roads were pretty stressful to me. This is no fault of the home owner, just me. Really nice home and very inspirational. Would definitely stay here again "

"Tea on the porch looking over the river at sunrise - the mist rising. Perfect. Close enough to main street and restaurants to find something to eat in 10 minutes but away from downtown foot traffic during the day. There is a saloon across the street that gets busy late at night but didn't bother us. Nice little kitchen. Loved it. Clean and friendly!"

"We were blown away by everything about this rental. From Seth, the property manager, to the cleanliness and amenities of the home. We had kids ranging from 5-14 and they all loved the game room and the queen sized bunk beds. The adults loved the kids space / adults space! We made six great memories doing s’mores outside on the fire pit under a blanket of stars ! One of our most favorite homes to stay in through VRBO yet."

I will say if you have knee or back problems you need to be aware that the big master is down a steep flight of stairs or you drive around back and walk into the master. Nothing mentions that online that I can see. Plus with bad knees or back, the upstairs bathtub is very hard to get into. However, this property deserves a 5 in every aspect.
