"The property and staff were excellent. I was upset that the hotel offered airport shuttle (per the Expedia website), as well as a train shuttle to downtown Saint Louis. When I talked to the receptionist, she stated the driver for the night I arrived was out, and they don’t offer train service. When asked if I could be reimbursed for my Lyft ride, she stated that since I reserved through a third party, I could not be reimbursed. Very disappointed with that aspect. "
