The only thing I didn’t like was the Breakfast salone…it was too crowded and the room was too small for such big hotel with this many guests. And serving the coffee and tea from only two machines was really tiring / annoying. "

"Staff was exceptional in finding a room for us in the blackout, because we had already checked out in preparation for a train ride to Madrid. Without power, they couldn't check their computers, but one of them remembered a vacant room that wasn't reserved for the coming days. We had to spend 2 extra days in Malaga until we could rebook travel to Madrid. Without the wonderful staff at the Eliseos, we would not have had a place to stay during the emergency.
