"Heerlijk verblijf. Heerlijke tuin met zwembad. 25 min lopen van restaurantjes. Enige minpunt: Er hangt 1 airco op overloop voor het hele huis, dat werkt dus niet op de kamers. In zomer warm. Je kunt wel ramen tegen elkaar open zetten maar blijft tot half de nacht heel warm in huis. "

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Mutter des Vermieters wohnt unten und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral so dass wir Ausflüge zu den Orten im Norden an den Flüssen Minho und Lima, zur nahen Küste, nach Braga, Guimaraes und Porto unternehmen konnten. Barcelos sollte man unbedingt am Donnerstag besuchen, wenn dort Markt ist."

Das alte, schön hergerichtete Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück neben dem Haus der Vermieter, die den Garten auch nutzen, aber so, dass man sich nicht gegenseitig stört. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen auch mit den Tieren (Hunde, Hühner und Katze) die auch auf dem Grundstück umherlaufen. "Property was well equipped and the hosts really welcoming, with generous welcome back of produce - even rescued us when we got lost in the countryside on the way! Outside kitchen, pool, scenery and games room fabulous. "Quinta Trás o Rio is a large house, set in the hills outside the coastal town of Viia Praia de Âncora. It has six bedrooms, a swimming pool, large garden and ample parking. Its location in the hills ensures cooling breezes for a comfortable temperature in Summer. Porto airport is 50 minutes away. The house itself is stone built and rather rambling once inside.
