"I was very pleased with this rental. I was able to come to town and visit with my sisters and family in Apalachicola for a couple days. The unit, was so cute, and VERY clean. It had a mini fridge, stocked with water, coffee maker, with coffee provided, and some snacks. The bathroom was nice, with nice towels, even a dark cloth for make-up. (us make up wearers appreciate that). It has a window AC unit, that kept me very cool, internet and nice size TV. It was located just a couple blocks...

"There are several issues we encountered with the property. The biggest problem I had was that the condo reeks dog urine and smells like pets. There is absolutely NO service and as a mother I have to be able to contact my children. The property is located down a long dark road without any lights making it difficult to even see. "We really enjoyed the location's proximity to ocean and peace and quiet of the neighborhood (hardly any street traffic). Very nice patio as well but during our stay we did not have to share it with other renters. The Host was reachable, very nice and tried to rectify problems. On the bad side, the place needed cleaning--the floors and pots and pans were dirty. A better collection of pots and pans and cooking utensils are needed. We also lacked Wi-Fi during the stay."
