"We stayed for two weeks at The Bothy. We used it as a base to explore the Dales. We enjoyed seeing the local sights and villages. There are numerous sites to visit within one hour’s drive. Also, there are nice walks from the front door to visit Aysgarth Falls, Cauldron Falls at West Burton, and a longer walk to Bolton Castle. "Pateley Bridge is such a lovely town. Our accommodations were perfect for our family of 5! The home was appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We had an issue with a tripped switch and power outage and the owners were very helpful and prompt is helping us address the issue, which we were so grateful for. We will recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. "

"We had an amazing christmas-time stay. The cottage was decorated for the season and we arrived to a warm house [thank you]. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and overall the cottage was decorated and furnished to a high standard. We loved the log burner and the owners had supplied ample kindle + logs. On visiting the local pub, we were made to feel very welcome. Perfectly positioned for some great rambling walks; the walk to the waterfalls was our favourite."
