"The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast had many options including freshly made eggs and meats. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were outstanding! Location was ideal to ski at Nub’s Nob or The Highlands. We highly recommend it."

"The pictures do it justice. The view was wonderful, unfortunately it was foggy most of our stay but it did clear one evening and we could see the bridge. Its location was secluded and quiet. It was big enough that our family of 6 with adult children didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen was functional and had all we needed. When I did contact the owner with a question they were quick to respond. The wood burner on the porch was really a highlight for our family. Would recommend. "

"This property has everything gas grills barbecue grills would already chopped up for bonfires at night it's on a grassy Hill it has swings it has picnic tables front and back it's just like you know really in a country setting not just the hotel it is very different very enjoyable great for families"

"We stayed on the coldest day of the winter and arrived very late. We were worried it’d be cold and prepared to bundle up. The cabin was fantastic! Richie, the owner, lives on site and started the heater well before we arrived. It was so warm we had to turn the heat down! The place was clean and cozy, each room had its own space heater. The cabin was exactly as pictured. It was small but didn’t feel cramped. There was even reliable internet access, strong enough to stream movies on the provided smart TV.A couple things to consider. The floor is a concrete slab and was cold. Be prepared to keep your socks on or bring slippers. The place is also a bit remote. Mackinaw city is about 10 minutes away but, other than that, there’s not much. Make sure you bring anything you need. Everything was great and we enjoyed every moment.We’ll definitely be back. "
