"We stayed here for a rugby weekend, and found the location to be perfect. Short walk to the stadium, and very central to all other attractions in the town. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough. The restaurant on site is brilliant. Great set menu for dinner and good choice of wines and champagnes. Can not wait to visit again, maybe when the weather is a little warmer"

"It was a simple room, with few outlets but OK. The biggest problem was that I had a spectacular wipeout in the bathroom. It was partially my fault as I didn't use the towel bath mat, but the floor was extremely slippery as there was no separation between shower and the rest of the bathroom floor (no barrier to the water). I advised the hotel that they should coat the floor with some slip-resistance coating. When the WiFi didn't work the second day, the front desk gave me another network...

"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. The breakfast was basic and the evening menu limited to soft stuff. The hotel appears to be popular with senior citizens with very...
