"If you need to travel to Grinnell, this is without a doubt the nicest hotel in the area. However, the walls are paper thin and we could hear all the conversations from the room next to ours. The old hardwood floors are so squeaky that if anyone in the room adjacent to ours got up during the night, we would hear them.
