I would never ever go back and stay at that motel ever again!!! This building is so old everything doesn’t work. Carpet is so old and stink, stains on the bedding, pillows, walls. Don’t count on their free continental breakfast. When we were there there was only 1 broken piece of hash brown and that was pretty much it. Don’t waste your money going to this place. Drive a few miles away to the other exit and get a better room.

Staff gave my room to somebody else because they failed to read an ID correctly. Furthermore tried to give me a room with 1 bed when I purchased 2. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property is similar to a motel in an abandoned building. Do not recommend

The stench in the room was so terrible that I could smell it on my clothing and belongings even after I left. Old discolored bedding. Sticky armchair. Dead flies all over the window sill. The light over the sink did not work.

Pleasant Stay Inn and Suites
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was not a new structure and could use some upgrades, but it provided a good night's sleep and pleasant accommodations. The staff was friendly. Parking was very accessible and the location was close to the interstate.

Overall, a decent place to crash overnight during a long road trip. Conveniently located off the highway, next to a truck stop. The outside lighting is non-existent so if I was a female traveling alone I would hesitate to park far from the entrance. The staff was very nice. The room was clean except the towels from the previous guest were left balled up in the shower stall.
