"We stayed here while visiting family and it was a comfortable spot to relax in after a day of activities. The back yard was securely fenced in for our dog, and our toddler loved running around. We had everything we needed to prep our groceries for meals and snacks. The street outside is mildly busy, but there is a back entrance to the driveway that made it safer to move kids and animals in and out."

"Ruth's Cottage is as advertised - a charming farmhouse which has plenty of vintage touches AND is comfortable, cozy, and with all the amenities one needs. And its location can't be beat - just a short walk to downtown Carlton, an easy drive to McMinnville, and convenient access to everything that Willamette Valley wine country has to offer. I can't wait to return to Ruth's Cottage!"

"We rented the house to visit family in the Portland area and to celebrate our niece expecting her first child. The house is beautiful and cozy at the same time. There is a separate designated playroom for children. The backyard is a dream with four huge trees, a pond and a firepit. My niece's dog and her friend's children loved all of it. Multnomah Falls and downtown Portland are an easy drive away and both are a must see for visitors. Host Benjamin, and Property Manager, Ann, were great. ...

Only complaint is a few quirky lack of ammentites: bring your own ice… and no disposal in the sink. Small gripes in the scheme of things.
