Our family loved the beach, the pool, and the outdoor areas for relaxing. The house is within walking distance of many great restaurants - no car or ATV needed. "What a beautiful property! Incredible ocean-views, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, wildlife (monkeys, iguana, birds), and the jungle and ocean sounds. Check-in was seamless and Mikey even booked a massage at the house for us (which was amazing!). Wilfredo made us feel very safe, and kept the pool spotless and we enjoyed visits from his lovely dog Kira. Would be back in a second."

"This is an amazing house in a great location. The house is clean, beautiful and just perfect in every way. The garden/landscaping around the house and pool are very beautiful and the sunsets from the house, garden, and pool are stunning. The property managers do an outstanding job taking care of everything to support you during your stay. The surf of Santa Teresa is only a few minutes away at the bottom of the mountain. I love this property and will be back!!!"

"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Beautifully appointed rooms with private plunge pool and view of ocean. Staff very courteous. Breakfasts included in rate were excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel most nights for convenience and because the food and service was good. The main drawback of this hotel is that it is too far away from Santa Teresa and the main beaches to walk so you need to book taxis ( $20 each way), rent an ATV or rent a car. "
