"The front desk employees were super friendly and helpful! They even upgraded me with no charge when asked. I would definitely come back to this hotel. The pool was a bit chilly but tolerable and the hot tub was wonderful. The free breakfast had so many options and was very inclusive of all diet restrictions. "

"We enjoyed this hotel. It is located ideally in downtown Carlisle and it has a great restaurant. We ate there twice. The room was clean and well ventilated. It had a seating area that we used frequently and found it to be a nice addition. The room was also spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable but there he pillows! The pillows are the only thing we did not like. They were small and plump and we found them uncomfortable. Otherwise I would not choose another hotel in Carlisle!"

"The price is close to others in the area. The bed was uncomfy. Extremely thin sheets. Shower was okay. Tv is small. The outside is an abandoned banquet hall boarded up with broken windows and grafitti. Staff was pleasant. Check in and checkout was a breeze."
