"Great location close to the lake, but had to travel to a nearby beach to actually access it. Right next to golf course but you wouldn’t even know it. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing stay. "This is a perfect lake house to share summer fun with family. With its private dock and private beach we were able to conveniently gather at the lake each day without ever having to drive. Just a few steps from the house and you could access the lake! The house is tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you would need. "Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future."

I didn’t know it was a tri-level which I feel like is important to know if I had crawling kids or someone who would have trouble with stairs to get to a bedroom or bathroom. For charging $200 for cleaning, the house wasn’t clean (trash under the bed, toothpaste marks on counter, exploded coke in freezer etc) when we arrived and we were in charge of bringing our own towels, removing all of our trash after the weekend and then stripping and starting...
