"We stayed at Suzi’s cottage for 5 nights. It truly was the best place we’ve ever stayed. Suzi was a very friendly, and attentive hostess. The cottage reflects Suzi’s artistic talents. It is very tastefully decorated with artwork, and some of her wonderful handmade pottery. The cottage was immaculate, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. "Our stay in the Azalea house was quite pleasant. The house was just the right size for 2. We enjoyed sitting out on the little porch watching the squirrels. Also enjoyed the swing on the property overlooking the bayou. Lots of trees in the property made it feel like we were out in the country. Would definitely recommend. "

"Great property and would consider staying here again, but would suggest a few fixes. 1. Backlot parking is very dark if you get in at night. 2. Exterior and parking lot could be tidier 3. Storm windows could help quiet down the noise from the outside. Thanks for the visit "

Great place in the heart of the buzz.

"Hotel staff were super sweet, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. My only 2 "complaints", which are just personal preference, are that 1. The room darkening curtain doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the window, so there is a gap and the sun shines directly into it in the morning. 😢 There is a 2nd decorative curtain that does go down, but it is more see thru, so doesnt so much. 2. The bed is HARD as a rock. Like, it was so firm you could bounce a quarter off of it to the ceiling. It is still 5 stars because it was just a great place, and I'm not gonna penalize for personal preference. Definitely recommend!!"
