"We had a wonderful weekend. The house itself is very spacious and the gardens were beautiful. It's located in a great spot, just on the outskirts of town. We stayed mid-oct and enjoyed the outdoor area and 2 of us even braved the cool water in the pool. We have already booked again! Would highly recommend. "

"Everything as described - clean and spacious, decent quiet location about 10 minutes walk to the train station, another 10 to Orange CBD. Very comfortable beds and effficient heating system (important in Orange!). Top tips: It's only a couple of minutes walk to Parrot Gin Distillery - serves beer & wine too, and great pizza. Badlands craft brewery in the town centre has a great taphouse and awesome beers - well worth a visit."

"The cottage was snug and cozy, with heaters and electric blankets in the bedrooms and a gas fire in the living room which was delightful for the cool spring evenings. Everything spotless and everything you could need. Could have used more detailed instructions for the gas heater, but owner responded instantly to my questions, and told me it will soon be replaced for a new model anyway. Would definitely return."

"Amazing property we went for a weekend away from the city and spent the entire time at the property enjoying the tennis court,pool and beautiful gardens and outdoor areas, bar a couple of trips to the shops which are a short drive away the house was clean and had plenty of spaces for us to relax in (my partner and i) and for the kids to do their thing (3 teenage boys), even though we were close to all amenities the property feels secluded. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and...

"Brilliant accommodation and conveniently located. The house was beautiful, clean and beautiful. If travelling with small people just be aware that the oven has to stay on and is hot to touch. The house was otherwise it was so well stocked for little kids and adults alike! "
