"The majority of the staff we dealt with were very nice and helpful, especially Roberta, we loved her. The hotel is very clean, very well maintained, the beds are quite comfortable and it is very reasonably priced. Breakfast is a little pricey, at €18 per person per day, but conveniently located beside the hotel is a grocery store, so if your room is equipped with a mini fridge, you can easily pick up a few things to make your own breakfast for a fraction of the cost. "Restaurant is closed as its out of session, The hotel boasts about being 4 star? Dont know how, the runs are very old fashioned and not very comfortable, the Bed was very uncomfortable. Also lights where in need of changing in Reception as they where flickering excessively. "

"We loved it! The location was incredibly convenient from the train station. The service provided was impeccable. All the staff was warm and inviting. I appreciated the large size of the room, was able to spread out easily. I loved their Breakfast and I left you full all day long. We can’t wait to return to Torino and to stay here again. "

"Just a five minute walk from the train. No need for public transportation to or from the train station made me happy. Walking distance from quite a few shops and so forth. I did locate a souvenir shop or row of them on my last day in Turin that was 10 minute walk from the hotel. Room was my second favorite on the trip, but it was quite nice."
