Captiva Cottages are eight vacation cottages on landscaped grounds, right on the water facing Pine Island Sound. Relax among peaceful, natural beauty and enjoy the shared pool. The cottages are ground-level for easy access, and the shops, restaurants, and activities of the Captiva Village are about one minute’s walk.

These cottages are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended-stay couples, naturalists, and larger families and groups (rent several cottages).

Cottage 7 has an additional living room and dining room area for a spacious setting to enjoy !!

Smart TVs ( 50 inches or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage!

Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach!

Parking is limited to one car. The dock is now available for use! Please call for rates.

Minimum Stay-Nightly Rental
All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card
convenience fee and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and 
your payments(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) 
will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed
and no refunds will be made.

The cottage was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and within walking distance of everything! Very clean! The beach chairs were great. We will most def be back and will refer all of our friends! Loved it.

Nice Cottage setting
The location is good and the cottage itself was very nice. Initially there was a hiccup with communication with the host but it was resolved quickly. The view into the bay from the back of the property is quite nice. Unfortunately we only had that for the first night. The next morning a large barge was parked in the slip and blocked the view and any opportunity to fish off of the walkway there. That was quite unfortunate but everything else was great.

Cottages are very nice! Outside of the cottage is well kept and clean. Inside of the cottage is relaxing, spacious, and very comfortable!! Highly recommend and will be back myself!

This was close to the beach, restaurants, etc., which made is very convenient. We walked or biked everywhere! The unit we stayed in however, had tiny ants in the kitchen and even a saw a couple of roaches early one morning! YUK! The unit had a musty/mildewy odor to it ... All I know is I sneezed and had runny nose/eyes the entire weekend we were there.

Had all we needed in the. Condo! It was clean, and spacious for two.
Enjoyed all of the amenities, however the shower head is broken off of the shower at the pool and the pier is closed due to much needed repair. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful, and water was perfect! Love this island!!!! Enjoyed morning coffees at Betty Boops at the bubble room. Great week to R and R! We’ll be back Thank you!
