"We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"

"A nice stay, but at the price point I was expecting that little more. Lovely room, nice food and friendly staff. Swimming pool had a maintenance issue so was unheated for the three days/ 2 nights of our stay. The heated pool was the main reason I chose this villa rather than other properties in the area. The artist residence programme sounded like a great idea but was fully booked the first day and sadly the person due to do the workshop was ill the second day and their workshop was...

"Overall this property could do with some updates, but the service and friendliness of the staff is excellent. So nice to have a pool and jacuzzi in the open with such wonderful views all around. A peaceful retreat for a few days. It helps if you like cats!"
