"What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history. Don't miss Franca's most amazing tiramisu. Sorry I didn't get the recipe!"

"My two children (10 and 13) couldnt have hoped for a more special place to spend our holiday. The house really was charming, the pool was gorgeous and the views were stunning. The proximity to shops and beautiful Lucca was amazing too. Thank you Nina for such a wonderful stay! ❤️"

"Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend."

"cute clean house. location suited me due to being there for work not far away from this house. In front of the house is a park - very green (bamboo, olives, fruit trees) with a big tree giving shades in summer for the car and the people :-) Not sure how you want to squeeze in 5 people though. Suitable for 2-3 people I would say. Good Internet as well. The Host was very friendly and responsive. "

"Wunderschönes Häuschen, alles dort wird wirklich mit liebe gepflegt und das sieht man. Die gastgeber waren soo freundlich und haben uns gegen ein faires Entgeld bekocht , es war sooo lecker . Der pool ist top. Wir können nichts negatives sagen ausser dass es bei uns unten phme klima wirklich sehr heiss war , die Räume oben haben eine klima. Man ist auf jeden fall auf ein Auto angewiesen . "We booked this property last year with great expectations and after our 9 day stay it has exceeded everything we hoped for. Our host Isabella was the best and helped with recommendations and the little things that set this property apart from others in the area. I highly recommend this property and quaint little home to anyone visiting the Lucca area in the future."

"Nice place where you can spend a quiet vacation away from the crowd city life. However, if you want to visit the major cities in Tuscany such as Firenze, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, etc. they are just an hour away. Chiara is a great host and will make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great stay!"

"My family (6 of us, all adults) spent a week at this lovely farmhouse in Tuscany. The host is amazing and made sure we are comfortable and nothing is missing, she gave us a great and educational olive oil and wine tasting, the property is wonderful with olive trees all around and a large pool to enjoy, every bedroom had its own bathroom and the location is perfect for day excursions to see much of what Tuscany had to offer. We would definitely stay here again. "

"A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend. "
