"This is my 3rd time staying at this property and I love it. Steps from the beach and convenient dining options (coffee shop etc) , the pool/hot tub area is really nice, and it is a beautiful little area of Aptos to stay. The rooms are simple - clean and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable with lots of pillows :) The breakfast might need some work but otherwise, awesome place to stay. "

It is quiet as far as noise from other rooms but it can be noisy with the cars going down the street at all hours of the night. Staff were all amazing. "The motel was quiet and clean and safe. The room was a little overpriced, pretty small for 2 beds but good enough. The expedia page says "Coffee and tea in common areas". There was no coffee, and the common area was locked. No one was there when I checked out at 8:30 AM and needed to ask about my deposit. That doesn't qualify as a "24-hour front desk". Also, there was no mention about a $50 deposit other than a handwritten note taped to the glass which I didn't notice until after the card...

"Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to everything. Great attention to detail in the unit. Nicely decorated. The shower, was amazing. Water pressure was excellent. The shower is located in the hallway so you don’t have to disturb anyone in the bedrooms. Parking for two cars was a bonus, since there is plenty of people checking out the pier which made parking limited. We can’t wait to stay there again. "
