"The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. The top bedroom, which was in the attic was well appointed but our group felt it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. "We stayed in July 2024 as a group of 13 (age range was teenagers to adults) + 2 dogs. Location is great with a good range of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance from the house and main attractions of Windermere a short drive away. 5 en-suite bathrooms were much appreciated given we were 4 separate families. Also a table we could all sit at at the same time also fab! Hot tub also appreciated!"

"Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. "The property was large, clean, and furnished with everything I could need. Parking area is large, clean, and right outside the door to the property. Kitchen was kitted with quality equipment (pans, knives, utensils, etc) Bedrooms were fully equipped with everything you would expect. The rear of the property has excellent with good quality summer house. The property is very remote, and would recommend to drive to the property in daylight (at least for the first time) if you're not comfortable...

Water pressure very poor could not fill the bath at all as plug not sealing. Under Microwave very dirty and greecy. Cushions outside sodden wet,we dried and left inconsevatory.
