There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. "We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."
