"It was not the biggest room but it was ok. What we did find it was hard to find power plugs for the PC. The Negative was that the only chair we had was dirty, it needed replacing. "

"The Wyndham Microtel was perfectly situated for our needs. It was close to the ferry (which we were taking the following morning) and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and stores. The amenities were fabulous, the room and hotel were clean, and we appreciated the spaciousness of the room. "

"In the city center and very close to the bay. The location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room were assets in the choice of the place. we had a lovely view of the bay. the only downside, we could hear the neighbor snoring and the elevator. We will return to this hotel, we enjoyed our stay."

"I am delighted with our experience at the Quest 256 Lambton. Room was small but impecibly clean and well- appointed with everything we could need. We were inpressed with how quiet it was and front desk staff was very helpful, personable and communicative. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again. We discovered a gem! Thank you!!"

"Enjoyed our stay at this bach; great communication with the hosts; a rustic Kiwi bach with good access to the kayaks, life jackets and easy access to the beach. "Fabulous view over the bay and to the mountains beyond. Quiet location a 5 min drive from Picton centre. Our room (no.3) was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Rachel and her staff are great - we were given a warm welcome on arrival and they were helpful throughout our stay. "

Peaceful retreat

"The view was absolutely stunning. We spent every afternoon and evening enjoying the view and listening to the local birds. Kitchen was well equipped as was the linen cupboard which made our stay very easy. We had an amazing time thank you! "

"Amazing spot with excellent facilities! Bach is set up perfectly with everything you need, full size fridge and freezer great shower.Perfect spot for some peace and quiet, kids had a ball catching cod and kawai from the jetty.Highly recommend "

Beautiful spot

"Spacious house with all the bits that you need for a comfortable stay. The dishwasher and sun shade were brilliant, lots of games and DVD's. Absolutely stunning views!A lovely (but steep) bush walk to the cove which was beautiful. The listing said 'private beach cove' which we thought was going to be from the property and no one else there but others do access it.Over all we had a wonderful stay."

"The house is perfect, has everything you need, stunning views and we enjoyed hiking up the summit. Having the private beach to ourselves was awesome. A lovely place to spend time as a family and away from civilisation."

Paradise lost

"This is an amazing location with wonderful views - unfortunately the weather was overcast and cool for summer so no stars at night. The rooms are good and maximise the views. Ok its not really five star but good given the location. I do have to comment on the food. A few tweaks could have made a big difference. The beef was beautiful produce but sadly overcooked. and I would not call a bowl of cold brocollini and sum raw baby spinach with a simple dressing a course. its an accompaniment. And some seasoning, lemon or lime and chilli would have gone a long way to lifting my breakfast huevos rancheros to a decent level. I had to do that myself"
