SEHR hellhörig und jeder „Service“ ist kostenpflichtig (bspw. Badetücher, Late Check-Out und Reservierung von Liegen am Pool). Von einem 4-Sterne-Haus sollte all dies ohne Extra-Zahlung angeboten werden. Zudem war eine Abdunkelung des Zimmers ab Sonnenaufgang quasi unmöglich. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sodass wir fast jeden Abend in einen anderen Ort gefahren sind (ein Mietwagen ist wärmstens zu empfehlen). Hierfür kann das Hotel jedoch nichts. Wir werden sicher nicht wiederkommen. Positiv war dennoch der sehr saubere und schöne Strandabschnitt und das zuvorkommende und gründliche Reinigungspersonal.

Direkt am Strand (Strand aber mit grauen Sand und Kiesel). Personal ist unglaublich freundlich - die waren wirklich TOP ♥️ - Animation (Sport, Angebot für Kinder) gab es nicht (wir dürften ins Nebenhotel Universal Laguna gehen - Animateur Victor dort war total unhöfflich, grob, faul und frech, nie zu finden gewesen und am Ende hat mich angeschriehen). Beim All In Angebot viele Getränke, sogar Latte Macchiatto, waren nicht inkludiert. Für 4* Hotel finde ich es komisch, dass man für Liegen und Strandhandtücher bezahlen musste. Diese Kleinigkeiten haben den Eindruck vom Hotel verschlechtert.

Schönes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten waren leider echt nicht gemütlich. Die Bäder sind nicht ganz auf dem neusten Stand, z.B. hatte unsere Dusche nie eine konstante Temperatur. Der Pool ist groß, aber nicht wahnsinnig aufregen, gerade für Kinder. Das Personal gibt sich viel Mühe und alle waren sehr nett. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Etwas unangenehm ist, dass für Strandliegen, Poolliegen und Handtücher extra gezahlt werden muss. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, gut für Familienurlaub oder Seniorentrips. Ein Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, weitere sehr schöne Strände sind in nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Supermärkte und kleine Restaurants sind auch direkt vor der Tür.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmerreinigung absolute Spitze. Essen guter Durschnitt mit einigen Highlights und einigen Sachen die qualitativ Luft nach Oben haben. Quantitativ ein sehr breites Angebot. Und ja es stimmt Strandtücher, Liegen am Pool und Zimmersafe werden extra in Rechnung gestellt. Was gar nicht geht und uns, wenn es nicht verbessert wird von einer erneuten Buchung abhalten wird, ist die völlig übertriebene Härte der Matratzen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen wie man in.einem solchen.ansonsten Top Haus zu der Entscheidung kommen kann so etwas an zu schaffen. Meine Frau und ich haben keine Nacht durch schlafen können. Wir wachten mit Schmerzen jede Nacht auf. Die Lage des Hotels ist Hervorragend.

Erholung
Man möchte es eigentlich gar nicht weitererzählen, damit der Ort so bleibt, wie er ist und sich nicht überfüllt und zu den anderen furchtbaren TouriOrten verkommt, wie es so augenscheinlich oft auf der Insel geschehen ist. Doch lebt ja auch das Hotel von ehrlichen Bewertungen und daher ist es ja nur fair, die Beurteilung zu verfassen. Das Personal ist top. Wirklich top. Niveau eines 5 Sterne-Hotels...und in denen oft schon deutlich schlechter erlebt. Das Essen ist keines Feinschmecker-Tempels würdig, doch lecker und auch in der Auswahl völlig ausreichend...zu empfehlen ist das AI-Paket, da dort reichhaltig Getränke hinerlegt sind und die dazugehörige Strandbar zum Seele-baumeln-lassen einlädt. Die Natur um den Ort scheint unberührt und am Abend ist es oftmals bis zum Morgen einzig das Wellenrauschen, dass man wahr nimmt. Der Strand wird jeden morgen umfangreich gereinigt und das Wasser....so unfassbar klar...selbst auf den Bahamas nicht besser gesehen...beste Grüße an das Hotel und vielen Dank für den äußerst erholsamen Urlaub, der auch noch anhält und den selbst das unfreundliche Personal der Eurowings am Flughafen nicht trüben konnte!

J'aime bien cet hotel pour la vue et la magnifique plage avec surfeurs depuis la chambre. C'est vraiment un très bel endroit de l'île. L'hotel a une belle piscine, belle terrasse mais il y a pas mal de points négatifs qui font que je ne reviendrai pas. Le check-in fut très agréable avec une boisson de bienvenue. L'eau n'étant pas potable il faut payer par contre l'eau (3,7€ la grande bouteille). Pas d'eau dans la chambre donc obligé au moment de se laver les dents de decendre au bar de la piscine acheter de l'eau à 22h... Les transats coûtent 3€ / jour, serviette 2€. J'ai compté qu'en moyenne il faut ajouter environ 20€ / nuit pour avoir le service minimum d'un hotel avec piscine et l'eau. Heureusement j'avais lu les avis donc je n'étais pas surpris. Le point le plus décevant pour un pays comme l'Espagne c'est la gastronomie de cet hotel. On mange très bien partout à Majorque, mais dans cet hotel, c'est là où j'ai le moins bien mangé en formule diner + petit dej. Heureusement que j'ai pris qu'une nuit avec un seul diner. Le diner n'est pas cher mais ça ne vaut pas plus. Je ne peux pas dire que la literie est super. Lit plutôt bas de gamme. J'ai été content de venir mais une nuit ça suffit.
