Wir möchten die Wohnung sehr und würden gerne wiederkommen
Lobeshymnen für die Wohnung haben ihre Berechtigung (und ich schließe mich denen an), jedoch sollte man einige Sachen wissen bevor man bucht. Es werden im Haus insgesamt 3 Appartments vermietet. Zwei sind direkt im Haus (unten "M1" und oben "M2")+eins "M3" im kleinen Nebengebäude. Somit teilt man den Poolbereich und den Rest der Anlage mit anderen Gästen. Sehr gute Ausstattung und liebevolles Kümmern des Eigentümers sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung bekommt man schnell mit der "Dry"-Funktion der Klimaanlage weg, jedoch trocknet im Nov. alles ein wenig länger als im Sommer. Rafael ist ein toller Gastgeber und kümmert sich um alles, was man braucht.

Urlaubs Oase
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und haben unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr genossen. Rafael als Gastgeber war immer zur Stelle und sehr freundlich. Zudem war die Anlage perfekt gepflegt und wir als Familie sind zu richtigen Tennisfans geworden. Wo kann man schon so frei alles verfügbare wie Basketball, Tischtennis, Tennisplatz und Pool nutzen. Unsere Jungs waren begeistert! Weiterempfehlung aus tiefstem Herzen! Nichts :-)

Ruhiges sauberes Haus mit einem schönen Garten
Wir waren für 4 Tage zu einem Kurzurlaub in Cala Mesquida und haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Gartenbereich sahen noch besser aus als auf den Bildern, alles war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gepflegt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und lädt sehr zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Aanrader voor een fijne en relaxte zomervakantie
De rust, de compleetheid van het appartement en de ongelofelijk vriendelijke eigenaren. Het was echt een fijn verblijf. Het tweepersoonsbed is echt wat klein en de matrassen waren niet optimaal. Ook kwamen we s’nachts aan door vertraging en het was onwijs fijn geweest als er iets van een flesje water was geweest. We konden zelf niets meer halen door alle vertragingen.

Lage toll zum Wandern, klasse Wohnung
Sehr schönes Apartment mit herrlichem Pool und Terrasse unter großen Palmen. Das Haus ist nur wenige Gehminuten von dem sehr schönen Sandstrand der Cala Mesquida entfernt. Wer Küstenwanderungen mag, kommt hier in Richtung Süden und vor allem in Richtung Norden voll auf seine Kosten. Problemloser Checkin und Checkout. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Wohnung mit eigenem Pool und Tennisplatz
Wir haben die Unterkunft zu viert (alle ü25) gebucht, um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen und genau das haben wir auch bekommen! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Platz auf der Terrasse, um dort zu frühstücken oder auch zu grillen. Daneben war direkt der Pool und ein Tennisplatz, der eigentlich nur von uns genutzt wurde. Das war ein absolutes Highlight. Wir haben die Unterkunft auch bereits an andere Urlauber vor Ort empfohlen, die uns darauf angesprochen haben und würden es jederzeit wieder tun.

Un coin de paradis dans cette superbe propriété parfaitement équipée et au calme. Les hôtes Cati et Rafael sont à la fois réactifs si vous avez besoin d'un renseignement, et extrêmement discrets le reste du temps, des personnes très gentilles. La villa correspond exactement au descriptif, superbe piscine (nombreux transats, lits balinais etc..), 5 mn de la plage et magasin, court de tennis. Une excellente semaine passée à Cala Mesquida !

Familienurlaub der Superlative!
Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt bei Cati und Rafael!!! Danke auch an das Team von Ideal Property - hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Für unsere beiden Kinder (5 und 7 Jahre) und uns war der Aufenthalt in Cala Mesquida wirklich sehr erholsam und absolut perfekt! Die Kinder hatten täglich Spaß im Pool, am kindgerechten Basketballkorb oder auf dem Tennisplatz - dies alles haben wir mit einer weiteren Familie sowie mit den Gastgebern gemeinsam genutzt. War alles total unproblematisch, zuvorkommend und wirklich angenehm!! Cati und Rafael waren immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, sehr herzlich, aber auch sehr fleißig tagsüber (im Spar-Markt unten im Ort), so dass man sie nur früh morgens bei Tätigkeiten rund ums Haus (Poolreinigung/Wässern der Pflanzen/Instandsetzung) oder abends bewusst als - dann aber als außerordentlich sympathische - Nachbarn wahrgenommen hat. Das Ein- und Auschecken war wunderbar organisiert. Wir haben die Wohnung außerordentlich sauber vorgefunden, inkl. ausreichend vielen Handtüchern für den täglichen Gebrauch sowie für Pool/Strand. Die Grundausstattung in der Küche ist ok und völlig in Ordnung, um den täglichen Gebrauch abzudecken. Auch ein „Starter Kit“ für Spül- und Waschmaschine war vorhanden (ein paar Pads). Toll ist die Möglichkeit, alle Mahlzeiten draußen auf der Terrasse einzunehmen! Unter Palmen und je nach Wunsch im Schatten:wunderbar! Auch das liebevoll ausgestattete Spielhaus fanden unsere Kinder super - während dort gebastelt und gemalt wurde, haben wir lesend in der Hängematte oder am Pool entspannt. Wenn man keinen Mietwagen hat, kann man alles fußläufig im Ort einkaufen: im „Spar“- Markt der Vermieter oder in einem weiteren Markt. Natürlich ist das Sortiment dort etwas eingeschränkt und nicht allzu günstig - aber wir waren für die Urlaubszeit damit auf jeden Fall zufrieden! Cala Mesquida ist sehr geprägt durch die beiden Clubs vor Ort. Wenn man gerne essen geht, sollte man mit Mietwagen planen - denn die Restaurants vor Ort werden in erster Linie von Gästen der Clubs besucht und nur in einem Fall können zum Lunch oder ab 21.00 Uhr „Externe“ dort hingehen. Abends auf der Terrasse kann man Teile der Animationsshows der beiden Clubs des öfteren mit verfolgen - bei der sonst dort herrschenden Ruhe aber für uns absolut ok und eher witzig (wir haben uns einen Spaß daraus gemacht, die Songs zu raten )!). Außerdem gehts nur bis 22

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans ce très bel appartement. Il est parfaitement situé pour rayonner dans l’Est de Majorque. Le jardin est magnifique, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, du terrain de tennis, du basket, de la table de ping-pong et de la terrasse. La communication est très simple avec les propriétaires. Nous avons adoré et recommandons vivement ce logement !

Sehr nette hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wunderschönes Anwesen. Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb, Tennisplatz, Grill: alles, was das Herz begehrt. Frühstücksbrötchen in 3 Minuten zu Fuß, ein paar Meter länger gelaufen und man ist am Strand. Rund um schöner Urlaub, sehr schöne Unterkunft, absolut zu empfehlen.

Alles Top. Wir wurden nett empfangen und fanden alles vor was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigen. Bester Urlaub!!
Super Unterkunft🤩 Die Gastgeber Cati und Rafael sind sehr nett und flexibel. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und dazu gibt es den Pool, Tennis, Tischtennis und vieles mehr. Zwei Minuten laufen bis zum Busstop, sieben Minuten bis zum Strand. Der Strand ist wunderbar. Ein paar Restaurants und Sparmarkt zur Selbstversorgung gibt es im Ort. Exzellenter Ort für Tage der Entspannung.
