"駅から少し歩いたところにありますが、ホテルの入り口に大きい看板があるので見逃すことはないでしょう。朝ごはんは部屋まで持ってきてくれるし、簡単ではあるが美味しかった。連泊する場合は自分から受付に朝ごはんの時間を言わないといけないかもしれません。壁が少し薄いので、夜寝る時は少し横の部屋の音が気になりました。それ以外はとてもよかった。"

"This place was fine for just the 3 nights we needed. But should’ve read more detail about the place and should’ve went somewhere nicer. At the time my friend and I wanted the “nicest” cheap place, which this is. But honestly would’ve chose somewhere else to stay, especially in Florence. Sharing the bathroom we weren’t expecting but finding the place near the train station was easy and using the door codes. Clean room. "

"I do NOT recommend for tourist. We had 2 horrible nights. This is a guest house so shared amenities and such but with the other guest it was hard to relax with people coming and going throughout the night. There were people the first night making food and smashing dishes in the kitchen until midnight and while we respect the culture, we rise early and did not sleep well or at all. The second night someone was slamming and banging on the door and buzzer to be let in and yelling for quite some...

"It was an amazing stay. The hotel was near attractions and the train station plus plenty of food options nearby. The room was huge with a lovely view of the Cathedral, clean and equipped with the necessary amenities. Stefano & Madelina were wonderful hosts. Stefano was really helpful checking on updates when there was a train strike the day we were leaving Florence. We will be returning to Relais Luce when we visit Florence again in the future. "
