"Fantastic location, wonderful people, home cooked meal was amazing. Relaxing, wonderful furnishings. Beware that the heat is very expensive if you use it! Kitchen is awesome to cook and views are unbelievable. Couldnt reccommend more for a true Tuscany experience. Views are stupendous. Was a highlight of our trip just to play with the dogs and sheep and get a gourmet meal. Easy to go all over the region from here as well. meal on Ne highly"

"Spent a restful week with friends in this charming property outside Lucca. Very comfortable and well equipped tuscan villa with fabulous views and wonderful outdoor spaces. Great base camp for excursions to Lucca, Firenze and Cinque Terre. "

"The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. "

"15 of us came to celebrate my husbands 60th bday. The communication was unbelievably perfect. Mario the owner helped us before we got there. (Finding a Chef, transportation etc). Once there, Lisa ,the house manager, consistently answered many questions. She was so helpful as to where to eat, getting us a taxi. The property is SPECTACULAR! The pictures don’t do it justice.A trip of a lifetime. Hope to get back someday, couldn’t have been any better than it was. PERFETTO. "Would recommend this villa to anyone with a family group looking to stay in the beautiful Tuscan countryside with very easy access to the lovely city of Lucca. The pool was the cleanest we have had. Vittorio was a brilliant host. Responsive and friendly. Would love to stay here again."
