"Our family of 6 LOVED this home. Annibale and his wife Cristina greeted us with a bottle of Italian wine, the keys and showed us around upon arrival. There is even a detailed binder of things to go to around the area. Great communication and he even made a reservation for us when we asked since we don’t speak good Italian. We were able to make great food and used the charcoal grill at the house. The kids loved the pool even during the colder weather. They loved to be outside and roam around within the safety of the gated yard. (Just if you have younger kids the pool is open space). So much space inside for 4 kids to relax and a private master suite for parents. So many places to sit and to enjoy outside with a beautiful view. Only thing during the week there are loud work trucks going by but nothing big of a deal! Overall wonderful experience! We will go back if we can! "

"Our family of six adults had a wonderful time staying at the villa. Monica and Giovanni were very helpful, answering all of our questions and gave great recommendations. Monica arranged for us a wine tour and tasting just a few minutes away. , which was excellent. Giovanni took us on an all day tour of the mountains and mountain villages. He was extremely knowledgeable about them and the local history and culture of these villages. On our last night Monica prepared a four course dinner, which was excellent. This was the perfect way to end our stay there. Lastly as other people mentioned in their reviews, if you use the heat you will pay for it and the time of check out. "

"The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. "

"15 of us came to celebrate my husbands 60th bday. The communication was unbelievably perfect. Mario the owner helped us before we got there. (Finding a Chef, transportation etc). Once there, Lisa ,the house manager, consistently answered many questions. She was so helpful as to where to eat, getting us a taxi. The property is SPECTACULAR! The pictures don’t do it justice.A trip of a lifetime. Hope to get back someday, couldn’t have been any better than it was. PERFETTO. "We had a fantastic stay at the Magnolia apartment and didn't want to leave. Great communication with Gene before and during the stay. Personalized attention from manager Filippo, who had great tips about where to eat and watch the Euro football championships. The apartment itself has everything you'd need with charming interior, idyllic patio, and million-dollar views. The kids loved the (chilly) pool. We had fun meeting the other guests. The villa next door is beautiful. Harrowing trips up and down the mountain road to Lucca, but worth it for the experience. We look forward to coming back soon."
