"This was our second time staying at Cathy’s beautiful home. We love it there. The hosts are so hospitable, and the property is beautiful! It is also such a good location. So close to Plage des alizés and Plage de la Porte d’Enfer which are both stunning. And the view of the waves as we drive through town always makes us smile. Close to the supermarché and lots of good restaurants. We will continue to stay here every time we visit Guadeloupe! Merci!"

"Le complex Anse des Rochers est super bien situé à Saint-François. L'unité est bien, On voit que Valérie est entrain de lui faire un petit renouveau petit à petit ce qui est très bien. Une petite suggestion pour un prochain changement pourrait être de remplacer les lits qui commencent à se faire usés mais rien de grave simplement pour améliorer le comfort pendant le séjour. La douche et le système de climatisation ont été refait en entier et c'est super bien fait. Valérie est une propriétaire...

"Roger and Christelle were very communicative and just a lovely host couple. The apartment is really functional and we enjoyed our time there very much. The swimming pool at this property is top notch and provided refreshment to us daily. The appliances are very good and we had everything we needed. Wonderful memories all the way around"

"The property had all one could expect in the way of amenities and facilities. The land lady provided a small welcome hamper with nice elements of Guadeloupe. Some work was being done on other units of the property but everyone tried their utmost to limit the impact on us whilst we were present. Obviously during the day we were mostly out and about the island. Once the works are done in a matter of weeks, it should make the place even more interesting and we'll certainly look to come back. "Our "home" in Guadeloupe was just as advertised. There is a spectacular view of the sea from the apartment. The small grocery store on the 1st floor had everything that we needed for the stay. It was easy to get around on the bus system."

"The views from the terrace were beautiful. Apartment was a short walk to town but also had free parking for those renting a car. The A/C unit in the bedroom made it comfortable at night. However, the apartment is not well-maintained. Several light bulbs were burned out. The light switch in the bathroom stopped working, and apparently no one was available to repair it during our stay. There was no smoke alarm. The stove top did not work. We were provided the incorrect WiFi information. ...

"This property was in a great location with a short walk to the beach in a very quiet area. However, we felt somethings could have been better inside the unit. For us we felt the bed was very hard and the pillows very uncomfortable. The furniture ( sofa and chair) also very hard. The kitchen was nicely equipped, although the toaster should be replaced. It didn't work. Tvs were the smallest we have ever seen. Overall we probabaly wouldnt stay here again."
