We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. This place had everything you could want. The host was quick to respond. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience at this place. "What can we say but WOW this place is in a fantastic location and is well maintained inside and out. A 20 minute walk takes you into town to grocery shop at Mas X Menos and then if you need a taxi home they are right there outside the store. Taxis are reasonable, we stuck with the red cars with the yellow triangle door sign as they are all metered. "The location of the property is a real plus. Beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants within walking distance. It's obviously a new building and it's very safe with staff paying attention to the comings and goings on the property. The 8th floor condo balcony gave us a very good view and was quits comfortable. There were a lot of add ons. The pool and kiddie pool the large covered area out back. The exercise facility. And more. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

"This stay exceeded expectations. The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenties we needed. The only confusion were the pictures of two units and I was not sure which one I was getting. One unit has twin beds, which we needed, and the other a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. We easily got it verified by the host. The condo grounds were beautiful and secure.
