"What a gem - from the outside, absolutely nothing special, but inside a delight. Fairly compact room but the high ceiling made it feel spacious. Very clean and an excellent shower. Friendly welcome, despite our limited French and the staff member's limited English - also very helpful in explaining the Sunday parking tariff outside the hotel. Good breakfast too. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a stay in Lens."

"Fabulous B&B. Warm welcome from Remi the two children and Lisa the dog. Communal kitchen / breakfast room, super bedroom and brilliant bathroom. Just outside the kitchen /breakfast area is a patio leading onto a lovely grassed area. You can visit the goats, chicken, geese and rabbits at the back if you want to. I did, loved it!! I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion.
