"Everyone is very friendly. I’d say make sure you know basic Portuguese, as communication is difficult outside from reception. It was very close to the beach, they provided beach towels so it was really nice to have that. "

"My check-out time was 12pm. I went to the front desk requested to check-out at 3pm. Front desk staff said I had to pay $150 to stay until 3pm smh. So the only option he gave me was 1pm check-out for free. The reason why I wanted to stay couple hours longer because my flight departure was at 11pm. Cleaning person was very help. "This is a great hotel. Everything is great including the room, the staff and the amenity. The only downside is that Uber drivers can not find this hotel easily as the Google map would direct them to a side door that is always closed, they have to take a big detour to find the way come into the hotel. It happens to all six of my Uber drivers."

"I just stayed here 2 weeks. The property was deceiving from the pictures. Not exactly the quality portrayed. The place could use some updates. The breakfast spread was really good but was crowded if you don’t get there early. I recommend being early and you won’t be disappointed. The cleaning staff was very unfortunate.
