"Absolutely awful! Check-in took more than an hour. Rude and unhelpful staff. Cottage was a complete joke. The entire resort is extremely dated, dirty, the food available at the buffet is horrible, very basic and staff is extremely rude. This hotel is highly overpriced and I wouldn’t suggest it to my worst enemy."

"The staff of the hotel went out of their way to be helpful and catered for all our needs. We only booked one night as we were off to the airport the next morning.
