"First impressions were very good, with adequate cooking, reception and dining areas. Bedrooms varied as to size with some of them compact. Hanging areas for clothing and lack of hangers in some rooms. The pool was good but needed attention to cleanliness possibly due to our numbers. Lower bedroom toilets were problematic and prone to flooding with water and waste matter coming back up into the shower outlet. "Property is ideal for 4/5 persons. Located along busy road, but within easy reach by bike of Croisette which is a big plus. Nice garden with small swimming pool. Entire house well maintained and equipped with a/c and sun shades which is nice after enjoying a hot summer days at the beach. We had a wonderful stay."

"Had a fabulous ten day stay with extended family including young children and babies at this house. Great pool and lots of outdoor seating and eating options, with shade. All bedrooms and other rooms are air conditioned which was welcome in the heat. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped for cooking and the property is close to a supermarket and only 15 mins walk to beach and a park for kids to play in, but is a very quiet area at night.
