The house we stayed at is old (typical in the area) but it was clean and didn't smell old at all. Typically in old houses it can be dusty and the linens have an odd smell but not this house. We could tell the owner took care of the place."

"It a great small place that was nice and close for access to Mammoth Caves and other sites in the area. It would be difficult to squeeze many more people in but it was a good size for our family of 5. The kitchen was mostly well stocked but was lacking baking trays or frying pans. Thanks you!"

"We had a great stay, the shack on shortcut is a very cute and cozy place. This is on the owners property and a working farm. Neither bothered us but just a heads up. I also did not realize from the photos that the living area and recreation area are separate rooms which was nice. The bathroom is in the rec room with a step up into it.
