Stayed two nights with spouse; beds comfortable; showers worked fine, except for a body lotion dispenser that did not work. Staff did not clean room or change bedsheets the second day like a usual hotel stay, though not really an issue for us. Complimentary breakfast was good with sausage and eggs plus a wafflemaker. Overall, a good property, though not excellent. I would stay again

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. We usually don’t stay s at Comfort Inns and was leary because it was so cheap but we loved it! Very nice and clean. We walked across the street to Cracker Barrel which was so convenient. It was also so close to Mammoth Cave National Park!

There was a slight "musty" smell when I entered the room, but didn't notice it after that. Room was nice, spacious, & clean. Outside lighting was very bright at night; If I hadn't had a clip to keep the curtains fully closed it would've been shining in all night. I would stay there again.

The stay there was good; it wasn't great, but it was about average. It's a good place to stay if you're only in Cave City for a few days. The staff was lovely, and the room service was terrific. Their breakfast was average but good. The biggest problem was when we got there; the parking lot smelled like weed, and it smelled like this every time we came outside during our stay. Also, when we entered our room, we noticed the carpet was dirty. Then, after we went downstairs, we saw a naked man open his door by the elevator! He seemed out of it, and we weren't sure if we should have told the front desk cause we weren't sure if they could do anything about it, but they they guy not to do that. But my dad was scarred for the rest of the trip. Overall, it's a good place, but not five stars. We wish we didn't see the naked man, but the hotel staff are people, too, and can't do too much about that.

Rooms were clean and functional. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area was clean and well staffed. Elevator sounded like it needs repair. Hall carpets need updating.
