"Our stay was very pleasant. the hotel had nice views of the harbor and town. This was an anniversary trip and the location was close to the airport, but not too close and also close to many of the best hiking trails in the area. "

"I stayed for 3.5 weeks and everything was very good. The staff are friendly and will help you with anything you need. The room was nice and the location is excellent. I recommend using earplugs in the night since the walls are thin and also for preventing outside noise to wake you up."

"Location was excellent, the room was big, clean and with nice views. I didn't like the fact that the bedroom lacked plugs, only two in the room (both ocuppied with tv and lamp) and none in the bathroom, which in these days, with cellphones and computers to charge + hairdryer, shaving machines, etc, is not very comfortable."

"The complex had everything we needed. Spacious and clean apartment with an amazing view over Funchal and the sea, with a nice size balcony and outdoors seating. The downside was the road in-between the accommodation and the facilities. It was quiet late at night although the traffic in the morning with all the tourist vehicles coming up the hill was rather noisy. We live in a village, so noticed it. It was quiet by the pool side though. It has a restaurant and pool bar that does snacks at...

"We need a stay for relax and get it. It was calmly. We have been at Madeira many times, I think this was our 24 trip. We have stay at a lot of different hotel. This year it wasnt possible to reservate our favorite hotel. Now we get a new favorite at Florasol Recidense. Hope to be back next year"

"Staff were always fantastic. We loved the location as it is very close to the center of Funchal, a nice walking distance. Breakfast is also great, and the whole hotel is in excellent condition as it is quite new."
