The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was impressive and the bed made us feel like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was lovely as well. Also it’s a 15 minute walk to Burley Village. I needed to leave earlyish and the time for my breakfast was brought forward. The breakfast was a really good, with plenty of choice and cooked to perfection. Also, the hotel is conveniently close to the train station. I would definitely stay again if I find myself back in Bournemouth "

"The information looked too good to be true ... but ... the house, the location, the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the owner were amazing. A fantastic stay in a beautiful area. There was so much to do and a lot of the time you do not need to drive,(always a plus when on holiday.) We all want to return. Will recommend it to everyone. The house was a home and little touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen table were an added bonus."

"Very basic but good value. We had to ask for the oven to be cleaned. Despite sending in a repair man (eventually) the washer dryer were never usable. TV and WiFi were excellent. John did his best to help but every communication took 24 hrs. Despite all this we had a good stay. The location is perfect. "

"What a stay, absolutely fabulous! Apartment spotless and everything you need for a home from home stay in a peaceful and central location. One very happy doggy as a short stroll to the beautiful sandbanks beach and ferry to shell beach etc. also lovely restaurants nearby!
