We are both highly allergic to pet dander and if no pet free rooms we wanted a room on the top floor near the elevator. Jacob checked us in and gave us what we needed. He was excellent!!! Our room was great and the breakfast was good. The woman working at breakfast was very nice. We loved the colors in the lobby etc. so much better than just plain white!!!"
