"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. The open fireplace contributes a lot to the cosiness factor but as a heating mechanism is not that efficient, so very glad there was also an electric radiator, which in the coldest weeks was struggling to keep us warm. "The location of the house is very close to town. The part of town where the house is on a fairly steep hill so keep that in mind if you have climbing issues. The in floor heating is amazing. The water pressure was good with adequate hot water. I would have loved to use the pool. It must be great in the summer. We had an Internet issue which was taken care of quickly.
