"We left after 2 nights. Our ‘suite’ was like a cave, damp and dirty. The mattress was very thin, we had no top sheet only a grubby looking blanket to cover us. The pillows smelled bad. The last straw was seeing 2 rats running up the outside wall next to our bathroom (where the window was permanently open). They refused to give us any money back. We are used to India, we chose this middle of the road hotel - we don’t mind basic as long as it’s reasonably clean - even by Indian standards."

"It's in candolim which is very good place but the hotel is totally surrounded by local people huts, the worst scenery arround the hotel, swimming pool was okk okk clean, bathroom was third class and very dirty, bed was also dirty if the hotel is taking 2000 rs a night then it's worthy but seeing it 4 star hotel i spent 4800 per room per night which is totally waste "

"This is a great hotel for getting to restaurants and bars and walking to the beach the negatives were the rear of the hotel needs attention the garden was overgrown and dirty as you walk through it to get to the pool which was dirty the bathrooms were from the 18th century and the bed linen was dirty even difficult to get new towels everyday my friends room was without hot water for the entire 4 night stay the hotel could not fix the issue and did nothing to change his room or apply priority...
