"Very well-placed hotel, central for all amenities, near both beach & shops. Nice pool & lots of choice for breakfast food. Very friendly staff. Had a few power cuts but this was sorted straight away. Spacious 2-roomed apartments although a bit dated & bed sheets not changed during our 4-night stay. Separate (basic) shower room. Aircon & ceiling fans in both rooms so good temperature regulation. Tea & coffee-making facilities in the room."

"It's in candolim which is very good place but the hotel is totally surrounded by local people huts, the worst scenery arround the hotel, swimming pool was okk okk clean, bathroom was third class and very dirty, bed was also dirty if the hotel is taking 2000 rs a night then it's worthy but seeing it 4 star hotel i spent 4800 per room per night which is totally waste "

"This is a great hotel for getting to restaurants and bars and walking to the beach the negatives were the rear of the hotel needs attention the garden was overgrown and dirty as you walk through it to get to the pool which was dirty the bathrooms were from the 18th century and the bed linen was dirty even difficult to get new towels everyday my friends room was without hot water for the entire 4 night stay the hotel could not fix the issue and did nothing to change his room or apply priority...
