The door locked from the outside. There was a chain lock that looked like it had been broken several times. It was dirty and the shower was awful. I had reserved 2 nights but only stayed 1.

I’d never stay here again. It’s definitely seen it’s better years. Didn’t even have proper bedsheets that would fit to the bed. Felt nasty in my room. Also you could hear everything outside the room. It was very gross.

The staff were so nice. If you like a variety of food options and walking, this is for you. There’s also a cafe downstairs and it’s a nice place; very aesthetic and instagrammable. The food in there is delicious. I suggest ordering a Nutella Frappe in your first visit because it’s worth it. The pool was nice, the hallways were like a museum. Some nice ladies will clean your room. So, make sure you give them nice tips as well.

Cheap and convenient dumpster!
I got it because it was a bargain! It was only me. Clean, basic, noisy and free parking on site. Walking distance to bus station (ADO) 2 blocks, La Parrilla restaurant 1 block, Wal Mart 5 blocks and bus stops anywhere to go to the hotel Zone. Other than that? It's a dumpster! I've been to the 5 continents and stayed from Marriott's, Hilton's to budget hostels in India and believe me, this is a good option if you are on a budget.

Desafortunadamente el hotel no tuvo la flexibilidad ni hoteles.com para realizar el cambio de nombre de huésped para que el hotel diera la entrada y se pagó una noche que no pudo utilizarse. Nos dedicamos a tours y en ocasiones reservamos y ponemos o duplicamos nombres de huéspedes, pero al final hacemos cambios en los mismos hoteles sin problema. En esta ocasión no lo permitieron, por lo que dejaremos de utilizar esta plataforma para nuestra labor

Esta, muy bien conservada, accesible, tiene varios restaurantes, alberca, jardin, elevador, pisina, areas comunes de descanso en todos los pisos y un museo unico, muy bien conservado que te sintetiza gran parte de la historia maya. Lo unico que no me gusto, es que tardaron en encontrar mi reservacion de expedia.
