Great and beautiful resort. Even with the little bit of construction for upkeep it was still great. So many things to do at night for entertainment, and there were many food options. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The property is a family-friendly facility… lots of things to do for the kids. We love that it was a non-smoking facility, food was really good in all the restaurants although not much fond of their buffet breakfast. Nice beach and pools. Love the spa and all of the employees were really friendly. The jacuzzi in oir room was not working… that was the only downfall.

Rooms smelled moldy, wet and was down right filthy. The food was terrible. Hands down one of the worst places I've ever stayed.

We stayed in room 3800, ocean front master bedroom, and it was huge. It has its own plunge pool, 2 balconies and 4 sliding doors to outside. You get a butler with this room who can make dinner reservations at all restaurants. The beach is nice and the resident crocodile is fun. Security keeps everyone safe from him/her. Food is good with a couple of hits and misses. Service is excellent.
