We stayed for 5 days. Food was great. The area was well taken care of. We will definitely return. The staff was amazing and they worked with us on our accommodation when we needed a different room from the original selection.Guadeloupe from the iguana restaurant, outstanding!

Good location, good food, friendly staff, our room was cleaned well every time we got cleaning service. Beautiful green landscape. Nice beach with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. Smaller resort but we liked that about this place. Good for a laid back vacation. Just what we wanted. Keep in mind there is stairs throughout the resort and no elevator. Our room had a good working AC which was a plus for us. The entertainment was great!

I really enjoyed staying at “Dos Playas” The area around so beautiful. Restaurants facing beach views so it’s really nice,, very tasty food art the buffet and restaurants, great variety of cocktails and other drinks .Mexican diner in the garden with decorations , dancing and delicious food was awesome . I appreciate everyone who is creating memorable atmosphere . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time at Dos Playas. It’s smaller than your average all inclusive resort but it was perfect for our family with a toddler. If you are looking for luxury, ongoing entertainment, and state of the art facilities, this is not the place for you. Although very quaint, it was clean, a few pools to choose from, easy access to beach, and meal options were okay, some days better than others. We enjoyed our stay!

Bring snacks with you. You’ll need them. Good budget property if you don’t expect any frills. Very small pools. Beach full of seaweed. EXTREMELY pushy salespeople. The bartender Appolini was the highlight of the trip. He’s wonderful. Trust me if you’re not in a rush, wait, save $200 more and stay somewhere else.

We had a nice stay, this is a smaller hotel on the hotel zone, but it has everything you need and is a great choice for the cost. Pros: - The staff were really friendly and helpful - the rooms were always clean with plenty of bottled water given each day and AC - the private beach was nice with activities nearby - the pools and grounds were well kept. - they had great food options that changed every meal - The bartenders were great, lots of alcoholic and non alcoholic options and snacks around. - bus station in front of the hotel for easy transport Cons: - The walls are a bit thin so you will hear music outside and people in the hallway. Not an issue if you don't want to spend vacation in your room anyways!

The beach a absolutely beautiful Soft sand, waves but no riptide. They work very hard to clean up the seaweed. The food is local Yucatan. If you're looking for gringo food rhis place isn't for you. But they do have hot dogs and pizza snack bars. It's very clean. Upgrade to the ocean view, well worth the money. The activities are fun. Remember that its not a 5 star and you will be please.

The location is great, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the walking trail. Resort is small so easy to get around and food was good with options for eating throughout the day. Staff goes to a lot of effort to give you a real taste of Mexico

Very little dining options and hardly ever had a waiter come to our table to offer drinks. Rooms were clean but water temp was cold and shower faucet in poor condition. The peacocks and iguans roaming around the property were the highlight of the trip for me. Ok for the price I suppose.

This place has a beautiful beach located right outside your door, however the rooms were not super clean. The beds had stains all over them and were rock hard. The staff were ok, many of them ignored us and prioritized those who spoke Spanish over us. Overall it’s not a super boujee place but it’s ok if you are looking for somewhere neutral to stay.
