For more cozy moments, the penthouse has an elegant dining room with large windows facing the lagoon. Perfect for exquisite dinners with friends or family. The rooftop is ideal to enjoy the spectacular view. It has loungers for sunbathing or if you prefer, a relaxing heated outdoor hot tub. If your thing is to grill, you can certainly do so in this space, while enjoying the beautiful views of the Cancun ocean.
Do you want to take a dip? Do it in the exclusive community pool, which also has a wading pool for the kids.
From the condo, you can access the beach, which is one of the best in Cancun for its cleanliness, white sand, and crystal-clear waters. There are palapas and sun loungers for you to enjoy the weather, the sand, and the seashore.
If you play tennis, you can go to the private court and then have a drink at the cafeteria or go to the convenience store.

Guests must wear a bracelet (cost 200 pesos for each) which gives you access to all common areas and allows security personnel to keep you safe as if you were the penthouse owner.
The security team is active 24 hours a day so you can relax and enjoy your stay in Cancun.
In addition, we have parking in the owners' and visitors' area, also with 24-hour surveillance. The location is close to large shopping centers in the hotel zone. You can take the bus at any time, right outside the condominium, and move to the different points of Cancun. If you want to do outdoor activities, our guides can recommend tours to Isla Mujeres, do snorkeling, take cooking classes, go to zip lines, caves and cenotes, nightclubs, and much more.
