"Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though."

"The hotel staff were great! Informative, friendly and attentive (they even put a candle for my birthday on my breakfast and when we had to leave early for our flight they gave us some selection of pastry and small bread the night before. It’s the little things that guests remember). The hotel looks recently renovated, clean and situated on a quiet street for a good night sleep. Location wise it’s walking distance to all the main places around Naples."

"There was no street level signage to guide us to the way to the hotel however a waiter helped us. It was off putting at times as groups of young people seemed to congregate in the area but didn’t bother us. Our room also was above a restaurant and the room smelled of pizza, it was very noisy and as the air con did not work, the room was too hot. "We loved staying at the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. The room was always kept clean and there was no street noise. The included breakfast had an amazing assortment of fresh food including smoked salmon, cheese, pastries, meat and much more. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The room was modern and did not show any wear. We highly recommend the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. It deserves the name "Luxury"."

"Artemesia Domus -Giordano is a fabulous, tucked away oasis in bustling Naples. It’s on the second floor of an imposing, kind of dreary building, but once you walk through the door you really are transported. The hotel is well run, beautiful, and the rooms are incredibly quiet for such a busy European city. I would absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Naples."

"Check in is at 3pm. I booked my flight 1st and not my hotel. So I was due to come in at 10am. I thought there would be a place to sit and be comfortable while I wait. The hotel is just rooms, which is fine, I just wasn't aware. Once there, one of the cleaners was rushing to clean up our room which was fine. I'd rather it be spotless than okay and rushed. "The room was fine, it’s a 1st floor on a busy street so a bit noisy. The staff were shouting for about an hour while cleaning at 10am which was not helpful when I really needed a rest.
